Wellness Club FAQ

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly via credit card or ACH. There are no large upfront costs — just a consistent monthly payment that keeps your pet's care on track. Your first payment is processed at enrollment.

What if I need to cancel?

Plans are 12-month commitments. If you cancel early, services used will be charged at standard rates and the remaining balance applied. We recommend discussing your situation with our team — we're always willing to work with you.

Does the plan cover sick visits?

Wellness plans cover preventive and wellness care. Sick visits, diagnostics beyond the included tests, medications, and other services are available at exclusive member-discounted rates. Plans are designed to keep pets healthy — not just treat illness.

Can I enroll multiple pets?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Each pet is enrolled individually at the standard plan rate for their life stage. Call us at 623-738-2738 to discuss your specific situation and get started.

When are services scheduled?

Wellness members receive scheduling priority. We'll work with you to set up your annual exam, vaccinations, and included diagnostics at a time that works for your household. We serve the greater Phoenix metro area Monday through Friday.
